Position: General Labor (Must be able to operate: Reach Truck, Order Picker, or EPJ)
Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: $18.75
We are seeking reliable General Labor responsible for accurately picking, packing, and processing customer orders in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role requires attention to detail, strong teamwork, and a focus on safety, quality, Experience operating Reach Truck, Order Picker, EPJ and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Picking, packing, and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Using handheld scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and order progress
Ensuring all items are packaged according to quality and safety standards
Verifying order accuracy before shipment to minimize errors
Loading, sorting, and staging packages for outbound delivery
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Following all safety protocols and operational procedures at all times
Meeting productivity and performance expectations (e.g., units per hour, accuracy rates)
Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
