Available Shifts:
1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM
3rd Shift: 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM

Job Summary
We are seeking motivated Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. The Production Associate is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations while ensuring products meet quality standards. This role requires safely operating equipment, assembling products, maintaining a clean work environment, and contributing to production goals in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment while following standard work practices.
• Use hand tools and equipment to cut, process, and assemble product components.
• Handle materials, pack finished products, and apply labels.
• Inspect products and equipment for quality and defects.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Load machines, prepare labels, pack products, and support production projects.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Cross-train across multiple production lines and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Preferred 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to read and understand safety procedures, equipment instructions, and production documentation in English.
• Ability to accurately complete production records, quality checklists, and incident reports.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to cross-train and learn multiple production processes.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Manufacturing plant environment with moving machinery and varying temperatures.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, kneel, crouch, crawl, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance and up to 80–100 lbs with assistance, depending on the position.
• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
