General Labor - Forklift

Duration: 6 Months ContractShift: Mon-Fri 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm/ 10:00 pm - 6:30 am

Job Summary:

• This job centers around general labor which may include housekeeping, running equipment, using a forklift, repeatedly lifting up to 50 pounds, and anything else assigned to you.

• The work environment may be dusty/dirty and require bending, stooping, and twisting.

Responsibilities:- Must be able to follow direction & perform repetitive production activities.

• All training and instructions typically given on the job. Proficiency is attained in a short time on the job.

Skills:- Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.

• Basic Math.

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions, short correspondence and memos.

• Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and in group situations.

• POSITIONS REQUIRES POWERED INDUSTRIAL TRUCK OPERATION.

• Ability to pass powered industrial trucks training test.

• Ability to work on feet for prolonged periods of time in a fast paced environment.

• Ability to follow instruction.

• Knowledge and compliance of all safety guidelines.

• Knowledge of basic math, counting, computer skills, etc.

• May occasionally use company computer equipment & systems.
