Requirements:
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
· Basic computer and English communication skills.
· Ability to work in indoor/outdoor environments with heat, cold, dust, and noise.
· Comfortable working at heights (4 feet and above).
· Must wear closed-toe safety boots.
· Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and different shifts as needed.
Description:
· Perform general labor and grain handling operations, including loading and unloading trucks, railcars, and barges.
· Operate and maintain facility equipment to support daily production and warehouse operations.
· Monitor facility operations while ensuring product quality and operational efficiency.
· Perform basic equipment maintenance and routine housekeeping duties.
· Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements while maintaining a clean work environment.
· Work in indoor and outdoor environments, including elevated areas and varying weather conditions.
· Provide excellent customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
· Perform additional operational tasks and overtime as required.
