Strip, wax, and refinish floors in schools and other commercial properties
Move furniture — desks, chairs, tables, cabinets — in and out of work areas
Operate floor care equipment under supervision (training provided for the right people)
Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe at all times
Travel with the crew from our Gulfport hub to school and commercial sites — transportation provided
What We’re Looking For
Dependable workers who show up on time, every time
Physically able to lift, bend, kneel, and move furniture for extended periods
Willing to work long hours and weekends throughout the summer
Clean background — a background check is required (we work inside schools)
Floor tech, stripping, and waxing experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person
Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
