NuProduce Solutions is hosting a Hiring Event at our Bowling Green, OH facility, and we’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team!

Hiring Event

Date: October 15
Time: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Location: NuProduce Solutions – Bowling Green, OH

Position: General Labor – Food Processing

Employment: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift: First Shift | Monday–Saturday | 6:00 AM – Finish
Starting Pay:$17.00/hour, based on experience
Note: Saturdays may be required.

What You’ll Do

As a General Labor team member, you may be responsible for:

• Working in a cooler/food-processing environment
• Operating machinery on the production line
• Cutting, peeling, and sorting fresh fruits and vegetables
• Meeting daily production goals
• Following GMP and food safety practices
• Cleaning and maintaining production equipment
• Communicating quality or production concerns to supervisors and managers
• Working collaboratively as part of a team

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Dependable and accountable work ethic
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a changing work environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Previous food manufacturing experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation
