Description: Job Duties/Responsibilities - Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet packaging standards. - Pack items into containers, boxes, or pallets according to specified guidelines. - Label and seal packages accurately for shipment or storage. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure smooth operations. - Operate basic packing tools and equipment safely and efficiently. - Follow company protocols and safety procedures during packing processes. - Report any issues or defects in materials or products to supervisors. - Assist in inventory management by tracking packaged goods. Qualifications & Requirements - Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet deadlines. - Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in packing and labeling. - Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift packages as needed. - Basic knowledge of packing tools and equipment. - Good communication skills to coordinate with team members. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Willingness to adhere to safety standards and procedures.
