Your additional earnings are based on qualifying completed production while meeting required safety and quality standards.How the Piece-Rate Earning System WorksYou will receive a guaranteed base hourly rate for your work. In addition, employees have the opportunity to earn piece-rate/incentive compensation based on qualifying productivity.Employees who become proficient and consistently complete quality work efficiently can increase their overall weekly earnings.What You'll Be DoingThis is an active general labor and automotive production position.
