Warehouse Associate in Spanaway/Frederickson

Schedule: Mon- Fri

Pay Rate: 2nd shift $20

Shipping Processor - Transportation & Supply Chain

We're seeking candidates with at least 1 year of experience, preferably in transportation or supply chain. This hands-on role is responsible for ensuring products are accurately picked, labeled, scanned, and safely delivered to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and process outbound loads with accuracy and care

• Identify and report issues using the Shipping Accuracy Report

• Follow customer-specific shipping instructions and pick ticket notes

• Count, label, scan, wrap, and band products and pallets

• Apply required UCC128 and specialty labels

• Print and attach packing lists and load placards

• Report load discrepancies, damage, and safety concerns

• Operate RF scanners and warehouse equipment safely

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Support special projects and other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic computer skills and RF scanner experience

• Strong communication skills (English reading/writing required)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, stand, and move for extended periods

• Reliable transportation and consistent, on-time attendance

• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime

• Professional, self-motivated, and safety-conscious
