Partners Personnel is hiring General Laborers for a full-time, long-term opportunity with a well-established company in Norcross, GA. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who are ready to join a team and grow with the company.

Job Title: General Labor

Pay rate: $18.50/hr.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Occasional overtime on Fridays

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut and prepare cores for production
• Stage jobs and interpret production schedules
• Maintain pallet inventory
• Load trailers for recycled pallets and corrugated
• Assist with material movement using pallet jack and forklift
• Operate stretch wrap machine and manual plastic strapping device
• Build and wrap pallets according to customer specifications
• Enter accurate data into computer and print pallet labels
• Spot and identify product defects
• Safely handle pallets (up to 45 lbs.) and rolls (up to 60 lbs.)

Qualifications:

• Ability to read a tape measure/ruler
• Basic PC, math, reading, and writing skills
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to use hand tools, cutting tools, hoists, and conveyors
• Ability to meet the physical demands: standing, bending, lifting 50-70 lbs., and pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs.
