About the Role

We are seeking reliable and safety-focused general laborers to assist with cross-dock operations. In this role, you will help unload, stage, and load freight efficiently while operating warehouse equipment and maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload freight from trucks using warehouse equipment such as forklifts and hand tools
• Stage and load shipments accurately and efficiently for delivery or storage
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and in compliance with safety standards
• Inspect shipments for damages or discrepancies and secure loads for transportation
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols
• Assist with inventory management and complete related paperwork
• Support cross-dock operations to ensure timely processing of freight
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 75 lbs repeatedly throughout shifts
• Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions or incidents
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets
• Maintain communication with supervisors regarding shipment or equipment issues
• Support overtime or flexible scheduling when required to meet operational needs

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly and remain physically active during shifts
• Reliability and a safety-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, including potential overtime

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certification or previous warehouse equipment experience
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to varying shift schedules

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This role involves physical activity, including heavy lifting up to 75 lbs, standing, walking, and performing repetitive motions throughout the shift. Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area is essential.
