About the Role

This general labor position supports daily operations at a work site through physical tasks such as loading and unloading materials, cleaning work areas, and assisting skilled workers. Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Move materials around the work site
• Clean and prepare work areas
• Use basic hand tools and equipment
• Follow safety rules and company policies
• Assist supervisors and team members as needed

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 40 lbs)
• Ability to stand, bend, and work for long periods
• Basic understanding of safety procedures
• Reliable and punctual
• No prior experience required; training provided

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in physically demanding roles (not mandatory)
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and equipment
