LINK Staffing is hiring Container Loaders & Unloaders for a respected home improvement distribution center located in Dallas (near DeSoto), TX. Job Highlights

• Pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour
• Location: Dallas, TX (near DeSoto)
• Climate-Controlled Distribution Center
• Immediate Start Available
• Multiple Shifts Available:
  • Friday – Sunday | 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Monday – Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Monday – Thursday | 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload trailers and containers using the wall-building method
• Operate advanced conveyor systems to move freight efficiently
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and verify shipments
• Maintain accurate counts and follow warehouse procedures
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and proper material handling practices
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred
• Experience in high-volume loading and unloading operations
• Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory tracking
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing, walking, bending, and repetitive lifting
• Reliable transportation and dependable work history
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
