Job Title: General Laborer – Metal Spinning Manufacturing
Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM. Overtime may be available as needed

Job Summary
We are a metal spinning manufacturing company seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our production team. This is an entry-level position in a hands-on manufacturing environment where employees work directly with metal materials, machinery, and fabrication processes.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical, shop-based work and wants to learn a skilled trade. Employees will have the opportunity to be trained in the specialized craft of hand spinning, a unique metal-forming skill that can lead to long-term growth within the company.
Please note: this is an active industrial warehouse environment. The shop can be noisy, dusty, hot during warmer months, and physically demanding at times due to the nature of metal manufacturing. Candidates should be comfortable working around metal materials, machinery, and typical manufacturing shop conditions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist machine operators and fabricators with daily production tasks
- Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished metal parts throughout the shop
- Perform basic assembly, sorting, and packaging of metal components
- Learn and assist with metal spinning operations and hand spinning techniques
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Remove scrap material and properly dispose of waste
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies
- Accurately measure parts using a tape measure to ensure quality standards and specifications
- Perform other general labor and production duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be able to read a tape measure (required)
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Able to stand for long periods and perform physical labor, including lifting materials
- Comfortable working in a metal manufacturing warehouse environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team
- Previous manufacturing, fabrication, or shop experience is a plus, but not required
