Sigma Inc. is seeking a dependable General Labor – Industrial Worker to support our team in Spokane, WA. This hands-on role is ideal for candidates who thrive in physically demanding environments and are committed to following safety procedures and production instructions. The position includes sweeping, shoveling feed, housekeeping, and repetitive industrial tasks in a dusty, fast-paced setting.
Perform repetitive production activities following verbal and written instructions
Sweep and shovel feed in a dusty industrial environment
Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness standards across work areas
Repeatedly lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds
Walk up to 7 flights of stairs throughout the shift; elevator available for heavy items
Operate in compliance with all safety guidelines and company policies
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Use basic math skills for counting and measurement tasks
Occasionally use company computer systems for basic data entry tasks
Support a safe and efficient work environment by following procedures consistently
High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
Must wear steel-toe safety shoes (required)
Strong physical endurance and ability to walk/stand for long periods
Good knee health due to frequent stair usage and walking
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
Basic math proficiency
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Excellent communication skills in one-on-one and group situations
Knowledge of safety guidelines and compliance practices
No forklift operation required
