General Labor (Jacketing, Pipe, or Tubing)

Looking for multiple candidates for general labor positions. General laborer supports production operations by assisting in the fabrication and assembly of components. This role may involve working in the jacketing, pipe, or tubing departments, performing hands-on tasks in a manufacturing environment. Candidates must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to accurately read a tape measure.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the fabrication and assembly of boiler components in the jacketing, pipe, or tubing departments
• Read and accurately measure materials using a tape measure to ensure proper sizing and fit
• Operate basic hand tools and production equipment as needed
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards
• Support team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic measurements
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
• Prior manufacturing or general labor experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding work
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing/industrial environment

Work Environment

• Manufacturing facility with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required
