Pay: $17/hour (Entry-Level) – Weekly Pay
Hours: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We are actively seeking motivated, hardworking individuals to join our Scaffold Yard Support team in Kapolei. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for anyone who enjoys hands-on work, working outdoors, and being part of a supportive and safety-focused crew.

In this role, you'll support day-to-day scaffold yard operations with tasks such as:
Handling and organizing scaffolding equipment in the warehouse and yard
Lifting, moving, and stacking materials manually (training for forklift use may be available)
Working with cable lines, rollers, and other components used in scaffold systems
Supporting the warehouse team with clean-up, load-outs, and basic material prep
Maintaining a safe, clean, and productive work site
Following verbal and written instructions, staying focused, and working well under supervision
This is outdoor labor work - you'll be on your feet, in the hot sun, working with your hands. If you're dependable, ready to learn, and eager to contribute to a real team, this role is for you.
To keep our team safe and job-ready, the following are required for every shift:
Hard hat – You must bring your own
High-visibility shirt
Steel-toe boots and durable pants
We provide additional PPE as needed (e.g., gloves, safety glasses)
Base access or Quick Card credentials - a big plus for project support
Previous experience in warehouse, construction, or general labor
Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy materials safely
A "can-do" attitude and willingness to follow safety protocols
$17/hour starting pay with room to grow
