Position: General Labor
Pay: $19.00/hour
Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM (or until finished)
Location: Louisville, KY

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a General Labor to start IMMEDIATELY at $19.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:

• Assist in building concrete foundations for residential homes
• Set up and prepare work areas
• Drive work-related vehicles between sites
• Pour and level concrete into aluminum forms
• Install and strip forms to shape foundations
• Participate in overtime and weekend work as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ concrete or construction experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Own tools including hammer, 25-foot tape measure, and muck boots

Skills:

• Concrete and construction experience
• Form setting and removal
• Concrete pouring and leveling
• Vehicle operation and lifting
• Outdoor work with tools
