Responsibilities
- Assemble wood framing components, including wall panels, floor trusses, and roof trusses, ensuring precision and quality
- Read and interpret blueprints to accurately measure and cut lumber for various construction projects
- Operate tools such as nail guns and saws safely and efficiently to maintain a smooth workflow
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and ensure the timely delivery of framing components
- Inspect completed work for accuracy and adherence to project specifications, making adjustments as needed
- Follow detailed instructions and adapt to changing priorities to support the team in achieving its objectives
Qualifications
- Experience in carpentry or wood framing, with a focus on precision and quality
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate measurements and cuts
- Proven track record of operating tools like nail guns and saws safely and efficiently
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and meet production goals
