Position Summary The Production Associate is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by operating equipment, assembling components, inspecting finished products, and ensuring quality and safety standards are consistently met. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient production flow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures
Assemble components to meet company and customer specifications
Perform visual and manual quality inspections on parts
Follow work instructions, safety policies, and quality standards
Maintain clean and organized workstations
Record production data accurately and report any defects or issues
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred (automotive experience a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Frequent lifting of up to 35 50 pounds
- Repetitive hand and arm movements
- Ability to bend, twist, and reach throughout shift
Work Environment
- Manufacturing facility environment
- Exposure to machinery noise and moving mechanical parts
- Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Schedule
- Multiple shifts available (1st 5AM-3:30PM and 2nd 3PM-1AM shift) Monday- Thursday
- Overtime may be required based on production needs and will be worked of Fridays and Saturdays if needed.
