General Labor/Material Handler
We are currently seeking a dependable, team-oriented candidate for a client in Minerva, Ohio. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a hands-on position in a friendly, family-owned welding environment built on 70 years of quality craftsmanship.

Hours
Monday - Friday, 6:00AM - 4:00PM
Pay
$16-22/hr based on experience
Key Responsibilities
Operate overhead crane and forklift
Move steel and fabricated parts throughout the shop
Load and unload trucks as needed
Assist fabricators and welders
Perform general shop cleanup
Empty trash containers, scrap hopers, and bins
Help stage jobs for production
Support production flow between departments
Provide general labor support on projects
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to operate overhead crane and forklift
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Dependable with good attendance
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have Skills
Experience in a manufacturing or welding shop environment
Ability to read production and safety signs
Preferred Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years manufacturing experience
Other Requirements
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
