We are seeking dependable individuals for a General Labor - Mattress Production position. This is a physically active role focused primarily on moving and handling mattresses throughout the production process. Team members may also assist with basic production tasks as needed. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Schedule may occasionally change to 6:00 AM-2:30 PM based on production needs.
Pay: $19.00/hour
Dress Code: Long pants, T-shirt, and closed-toe shoes required.
Location: Rialto, CA
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Lift, carry, and transfer mattresses between conveyor lines and production stations throughout the shift.
Load and unload mattresses and production materials as needed.
Stack, stage, and move products safely while maintaining production flow.
Assist production team members with basic mattress assembly tasks, including gluing, stapling, and positioning materials when needed.
Inspect products for visible defects before moving them to the next production stage.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Follow all company safety procedures and perform other general labor duties as assigned.
Qualifications
At least one year of recent experience performing heavy lifting in a fast-paced manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment is required. Mattress manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, and pull mattresses throughout the shift.
Lift 50lbs consistently and comfortably
Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and willingness to assist where needed.
