General Labor/ Mechanical Parts Cleaner

Temporary Parts Cleaner

Location: Houston, TX 77081

Start: ASAP

Pay: $17-$19/ hour

Duration: 4-6 weeks

Shift: 5am-3:30pm M-F

• Remove contaminants, grease, oil, and dirt from metal and plastic parts for mechanical compressor components
• Apply coatings, grease , and rust inhibitors as needed.
• Handle chemical solvents safely, wear required PPE, dispose of hazardous waste properly, and keep the workspace clean.
• Must pass background and drug screen.

• Comfort using hand tools, power tools, or automated shop equipment.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift 50 lbs.
• High school diploma preferred; prior manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience a plus.
• This is in a non-climate contorlled shop environment.
