Job Title: General Laborer, to include welders, cutters,

notchers, painters and brushers

Hours: Hours are subject to change.

8 hours per day, 5 days per week, overtime as

Required. There will be breaks of thirty minutes for lunch and two fifteen minute breaks.

Essential Job Duties: Working with various hand tools; lifting, carrying and moving objects up to 100 pounds over short distances at the worksite; painting, brushing, cutting, notching, drilling or welding as needed; loading products into freight trucks or clients’ vehicles for shipment; assembling and packaging product; general housekeeping duties; working with other general laborers and complying with instructions of the general manager or his representative. This is a manual labor position which requires some heavy exertion and use of muscle to do the work required. Some of the work required is done individually, some with other general laborers.

Experience/Ability Required: No job experience is required but a successful general laborer is able to follow instructions as given. Laborers are required to follow safety practices as outlined at the orientation session.
