Position: General Labor – Multiple Posiitons
Location: Owosso
Shift: ?6:00am - 2:30pm, OT is likely and may occur on the weekend

Duties: 
  • General Labor – various duties in production
  • Shipping/Loading – Load furniture onto trailer, Scan cartons, computer usage
  • Antiquing – physical process to make furniture look warn/aged
  • Industrial Sewing – Sewing cushions for furniture
  • Aluminum Blast/Buffer – requires use of a respirator/helmet suit, will need to be tested at our clinic – surface preparation for painting
  • Welders – Mig/Tig Welders Robotic or Lazer Welding a PLUS! Welding furniture frames
Requirements: 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and stand, bend, and use hands for extended periods 
  • Comfortable working around moving mechanical parts, vibration, and loud noise 
  • Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing) 
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions 
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality 
  • High school diploma or GED preferred 
  • 1–3 months of related experience or training is a plus (but not required) 
  • Dependable and safety-focused
