General Labor

Position Summary

Location: Niles, OH
2nd shift: 2:30pm to 10:30 pm

Local company is seeking a dependable General Laborer to assist with daily operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, can work effectively as part of a team, and is comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor and material-handling duties as assigned
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and products
• Assist with production and other daily operational tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Use basic hand tools and equipment as needed
• Work effectively with team members and supervisors
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow directions and work independently when needed
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience is a plus
• Ability to safely perform physical requirements of the position

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Must be able to work safely in a physically demanding environment
