We are seeking dependable and motivated General Laborers to join our client's team in Niles, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career with a respected, family-owned steel fabrication company. Hours
• Monday - Friday
• First Shift: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm (OT available until 4:30 pm)
• Second Shift: 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm

Pay
• $17.00 to $20.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
• Look for ways to minimize handling times
• Coordinate with production for future goods needs
• Review and track orders and materials
• Keep track of inventory on hand
• Work with the inventory manager to ensure all shipments are delivered
• Solve any issues related to shipping delays or missing materials

Minimum Requirements
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely on-site
• Good teamwork and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings
• Basic math and organizational skills

Preferred Education and Experience
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous general labor or warehouse experience a plus
