Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team.
Overview, maintain the cleanliness and safety of the landfill site. Duties include collecting trash, keeping the grounds clean, performing light landscaping (such as weeding), and supporting overall site maintenance. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in keeping work areas well-maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and remove trash and debris from the landfill site
- Perform general cleanup duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Use weed trimmers and other basic landscaping tools
- Assist with daily site maintenance and upkeep
- Follow safety guidelines and report any hazards or issues to supervisors
- Operate tools and equipment as needed (training provided)
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
- Previous labor or groundskeeping experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
