Your Role
- Efficiently load trucks with tools, materials, and equipment each morning
- Perform installations of concrete repair and resurfacing systems at various residential and commercial locations
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a 5-star service marked by professionalism and quality
- Utilize company technology (apps for scheduling, reporting, and communication)
- Responsibly maintain all tools, vehicles, and equipment
- Adhere to safe driving practices to and from job sites (valid driver's license required)
- Consistently arrive on time, ready for work tasks
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience: Previous construction or concrete work is beneficial but not mandatory - training provided
- Skills: Proficient with basic tools, safety-conscious, and possessing a strong work ethic
- Mindset: Must be coachable, possess a positive and customer-focused attitude, and be a team player
- Requirements: A valid driver's license is essential, as well as reliable transportation and the ability to perform physical labor (e.g., lifting, kneeling, walking)
