General Labor/Parts Washer - 1st Shift

Our client in Columbiana is looking for production associates to support their manufacturing operations. This role involves performing various general labor tasks, including parts washing, light assembly, and machine operation. The position offers steady hours on the first shift, Monday through Friday, providing a consistent schedule to help you plan your week.

Hours:
Monday - Friday, 5:30 am to 3:30 pm or 7:30 am to 3:30 pm
Pay:
$14.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Wash parts to ensure quality
Assist with light assembly tasks
Operate machines as directed
Pack and package finished products
Maintain a clean work environment
Minimum Requirements:
Mechanically and technically inclined
Ability to read work instructions
Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs
Nice to Have Skills:
Previous manufacturing or production experience
Familiarity with basic machine operation
Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in a production or manufacturing setting is a plus
Other Requirements:
On-site work only
Ability to stand for extended periods
