Where You’ll Work

Join a well-established industrial pipe yard in Channelview, TX. This is a hands-on outdoor position where you’ll support daily yard operations, work with basic tools and equipment, and help keep materials and work areas organized.

Job Highlights

• Pay: $13.00 per hour
• Schedule: Full-time | Up to 60 hours per week based on workload
• Day Shift: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
• Schedule Requirement: Must be available to rotate between day and night shifts
• Location: Channelview, TX 77530
• Job Type: Temp-to-hire

Responsibilities

• Assist with securing trucks, yard racks, and materials
• Use basic hand tools and equipment, including grinders, hammers, and pressure washers
• Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the yard
• Perform general cleaning, sweeping, and housekeeping duties
• Assist different departments with general labor tasks as needed
• Follow all company safety procedures and yard policies

Requirements

• Must be available to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts
• High School Diploma or GED required; proof must be provided
• Resume required for consideration
• Must meet background screening requirements
• Must complete a 5-hour safety orientation
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be able to perform repetitive physical work
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in an industrial environment
• Steel-toe boots required
• Previous pipe yard or grinding experience is a plus
• Bilingual is NOT required — English-only or Spanish-only speakers may apply
