A local manufacturing company is currently hiring dependable and motivated General Warehouse Associates to join their growing production team. This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing cups and related products.

IMPORTANT WORK ENVIRONMENT INFORMATION:

Candidates MUST be comfortable working in:

• Hot warehouse conditions due to production machinery
• Strong chemical and ink smells throughout portions of the facility

These conditions are part of the daily work environment and candidates must be aware before applying.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the chance to learn multiple departments and grow with the company.

Available Shifts:

1st Shift

Monday - Friday

7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

2nd Shift

Monday - Thursday

3:00 PM - 2:00 AM

Overtime Available

Volunteer Saturdays

6:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with general warehouse and production duties
• Operate machinery and production equipment
• Rotate between departments as needed
• Follow safety procedures and attendance expectations
• Maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment
• Clock in/out using company timekeeping systems

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance required
• Ability to work in hot conditions for extended periods
• Comfortable around strong chemical and ink odors
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexibility to move between departments during shifts
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn

Dress Code & PPE

Required:

• Jeans or work pants
• T-shirt
• Closed-toe shoes

Additional Requirements:

• Safety glasses and gloves required
• No house shoes/slippers
• No dangling jewelry
• Hair longer than shoulder length must be tied back

Clothing may become permanently stained due to inks and chemicals. Candidates are encouraged to wear older or inexpensive work clothes.

Training Process

• Day 1: Train alongside another associate
• Day 2: Operate machine under supervision
• Day 3: Begin working independently
