General Laborers / Production Associates

Locations: McAllen & Mission, TX

Pay: $10.00 – $13.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Full-time positions
• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts Available
• Schedules vary by assignment and may include weekends, overtime, or extended hours

 

Express Employment Professionals is hiring General Laborers, Production Associates, Assemblers, and Repack Associates for local manufacturing, logistics and warehouse facilities in McAllen and Mission, TX. These are hands-on positions involving production, assembly, packaging, material handling, and general warehouse duties.

Job Duties:

• Assemble and fabricate foam products and components
• Load and unload boxes and materials
• Fold, fill, package, label, and repack products
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality
• Stack and palletize finished products for storage or shipment
• Organize and stage materials for inventory
• Use basic hand tools and production equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and production guidelines
• Assist with general warehouse and production duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, production, or repack experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move materials, with some positions requiring lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be flexible with shifts, weekends, overtime, and changing production schedules
