We are immediately hiring Production Technicians / Machine Operators / General Laborers for our largest Production Facility, located in Aliquippa (Center Township), PA. As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for operating a wide range of equipment in the manufacturing of ARDEX flooring products. Pay starts at $18.00/hour.
- Non-rotating, steady shifts
- Monday - Friday
- 3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.
- 11:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate state-of-the-art manufacturing machinery.
- Measure and weigh raw materials; fill silos as needed.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
- Package products for shipment.
- Properly store raw materials and finished goods in the warehouse

Required Experience:

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
- Occasional kneeling, bending, and physical movement required.
