Job Title: General Labor PU Finisher (First Shift)

Are you looking for a steady, full-time opportunity in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We are currently hiring a dedicated General Labor PU Finisher (First Shift) to join our team! This role offers a hands-on experience in finishing molded floor mats and provides opportunities for skill development and growth within a supportive company.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time

• Shift: Monday through Friday

• First Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

• Second Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• Overtime: Frequently required to meet production goals

What Youll Do:

• Detailing PU or molded floor mat parts by carefully removing excess material such as skin, flashing, or foam to meet precise customer specifications.
• Cutting and finishing parts manually using various tools to ensure quality and consistency.
• Adhering to shop orders, production schedules, and quality standards while following detailed work instructions and control plans.
• Collaborating with team members to implement process improvements and participate in ongoing training programs.
• Assisting in onboarding new team members through on-the-job training.
• Contributing to maintaining a safe, compliant work environment in line with ISO/QS management systems.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and air tools safely and efficiently.
• Comfort working with safety equipment such as safety toe shoes, glasses, hearing protection, and forklift gear.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality finished products.
• Prior manufacturing or finishing experience is a plus but not required - we provide training!
• Reliable, team-oriented, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
