Job Duties
- Monitor and watch construction equipment while it is in operation.
- Maintain awareness of the surrounding work area and personnel.
- Help identify potential hazards around equipment and the jobsite.
- Follow all site safety rules and instructions.
- Communicate with equipment operators and other crew members as needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean work area.
- Perform other general jobsite duties as assigned.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 months of work experience preferred.
- Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus.
- Must be dependable and able to work outdoors in a jobsite environment.
- Must be able to remain alert and attentive around heavy equipment.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
- Must be able to pass a 5-panel drug screen.
