Job Highlights
Perform hands-on production and assembly work including packing, repackaging, rework, palletizing, and material handling across multiple lines
Support production flow by maintaining line speed, staging and replenishing materials, and assisting with start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers
Verify production codes, dates, and labels and operate or adjust coder equipment to ensure accurate labeling
Clean, power down, and prepare production equipment and work areas while maintaining safety, GMP, quality, and food safety standards
Communicate production or quality issues to team leads and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Candidate Profile
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience required; food production experience preferred
Flexible availability to work extended hours, weekends, or adjusted shifts as needed
Ability to read and follow safety rules, GMP policies, operating instructions, and production procedures
Basic math skills, including whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks such as bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and grasping
Capable of lifting up to 55 lbs and working in hot, cold, humid, and high-noise environments with PPE
