Job Highlights


  • Perform hands-on production and assembly work including packing, repackaging, rework, palletizing, and material handling across multiple lines
  • Support production flow by maintaining line speed, staging and replenishing materials, and assisting with start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers
  • Verify production codes, dates, and labels and operate or adjust coder equipment to ensure accurate labeling
  • Clean, power down, and prepare production equipment and work areas while maintaining safety, GMP, quality, and food safety standards
  • Communicate production or quality issues to team leads and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment


Candidate Profile


  • Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience required; food production experience preferred
  • Flexible availability to work extended hours, weekends, or adjusted shifts as needed
  • Ability to read and follow safety rules, GMP policies, operating instructions, and production procedures
  • Basic math skills, including whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
  • Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks such as bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and grasping
  • Capable of lifting up to 55 lbs and working in hot, cold, humid, and high-noise environments with PPE
