The laborer assists plant operations by loading and unloading pipes, assembling items, supporting safety efforts, and collaborating with the team. This entry-level role works under direct supervision. 

Job Title: General Labor

Job Category: Contract to hire, Full-time

Location: Saint Louis, Mo

Shift: 6am-230pm Mon-Friday

Compensation: $18.00/hour

Responsibilities for the General Labor role:

• Perform tasks involving manual labor.
• Follows all safety and company policies / procedures and promotes a safe culture
• Maintain safe conditions by following safety guidelines and procedures
• Assists with painting pipe and cleaning rings as instructed
• Ensures paint operation processes are maintained and running effectively to meet production, quality and delivery requirements
• Help maintain a clean jobsite by picking up and storing tools and equipment.
• Perform materials handling and storage.
• Helps Load and unload trucks.
• Follow all safety rules and report any unsafe conditions to the Leads or supervisor

Requirements for the General Labor role:

• Must meet requirements of background and drug screening policies
• Team player
• Know how to follow instructions
• Have good attendance
