Hours:
1st Shift: 06:00 AM 03:00 PM, Monday through Friday (overtime and Saturdays as needed)
Pay:
$15.34 per hour
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in manufacturing and production tasks
- Support team members to complete daily operations
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures
Minimum Requirements:- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
Nice to Have Skills:- Previous manufacturing or labor experience
- Ability to operate basic tools or machinery
- Good communication skills
Preferred Education and Experience:- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of manufacturing experience
Other Requirements:- Ability to work on-site during scheduled hours
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
