We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team in Salem, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to build experience in a fast-paced industrial environment. Our client is a leader in refractories, providing expert ceramic engineering and refractory solutions for demanding thermal applications. As a general laborer, you will support their team in a precast/casting concrete environment, ensuring smooth operations and a high standard of safety and efficiency. Hours
• 1st shift, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM (first day from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM)

Pay
• $17 per hour

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with the preparation and handling of materials in a concrete environment
• Support team members with various tasks to maintain production flow
• Follow safety guidelines and proper procedures at all times
• Help with cleanup and organization of work area
• Support the team in meeting daily production goals

Minimum Requirements
• Ability to work on-site during scheduled hours
• Dependable and punctual
• Capable of lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods

Nice to Have Skills
• Experience working in industrial or construction settings
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures

Preferred Education and Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior labor or manufacturing experience is a plus

Other Requirements
• Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment
