General Laborer AllTex Personnel
Job Summary: AllTex Personnel is seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to support operations across various client sites. This role involves manual labor tasks such as loading, unloading, material handling, and assisting skilled tradespeople. Ideal candidates are physically fit, safety-conscious, and ready to contribute in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and hazards
- Assist skilled workers (e.g., welders, machinists, electricians) with tasks
- Operate basic machinery and hand tools
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
- Perform basic maintenance and repairs on equipment
- Support inventory and delivery operations
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 50-60 lbs and perform physical labor
- Willingness to work in varying weather and industrial conditions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience in warehouse, construction, or manufacturing preferred
- A valid driver's license may be required depending on duties
- Bilingual A plus
- Live no more than 20 minutes from the company

Schedule & Pay:
- Week 1: 4 days at 12 hours (8 AM–8 PM) and 1 day from 8 PM–2 AM
- This week will include a $1.00 pay increase, bringing the rate to $15.00/hr. for
- (1 DAY Night shift)
- Week 2: 3 days at 12 hours (8 AM–8 PM)
- No lunch deduction — straight pay for all hours worked
