General Labor- Sorter

Responsibilities

• Sort and categorize materials according to established guidelines.
• Inspect items for quality and report any discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a labor or sorting role is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.
