STS Staffing is currently hiring dependable and hardworking individuals for a General Labor / Production position in the Sparks area (USA Parkway no shuttle). This is a temporary assignment with potential for permanent hire based on performance and attendance.Schedule
- Monday – Thursday
- 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Overtime may be available as needed
- $21/hr
Job DutiesEmployees will assist with general production and labor tasks including:
- Product assembly
- Packaging materials and finished products
- Operating basic production equipment
- Preparing materials for production
- Keeping work areas clean and organized
- Following all workplace safety procedures
- Assisting team members with daily production needs
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable with strong attendance
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout the shift
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required
