Penmac Staffing is hiring General Labor Workers for a local wood products manufacturing facility that has been in business for more than 20 years. These are temp-to-hire positions, offering the opportunity to join a well-established team and build a long-term career.
Pay: $15.00 per hourSchedule: Full-Time
Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, candidates should:
- Be able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout an entire shift
- Lift and carry materials regularly during an 8 to 12-hour workday
- Work safely in a manufacturing environment
- Follow instructions and maintain productivity standards
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
ResponsibilitiesAs a General Labor Worker, you will support production operations in a wood products manufacturing facility. Duties may include:
- Operating a saw machine and monitoring production flow
- Driving nails using a hammer as part of the assembly process
- Stacking steel plates and feeding materials through machinery
- Inspecting materials and maintaining quality standards
- Assisting with general production and warehouse tasks as assigned
- Keeping the work area clean and organized
