- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, twisting, and reaching motions
- Strong attention to safety and quality
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a team-oriented production environment
- Manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required
ResponsibilitiesEmployees may work in either the wood processing area or the metal racking area.Wood Line Duties
- Remove wood squares from a conveyor belt
- Stack wood squares into designated carts
- Perform repetitive bending and twisting throughout the shift
- Maintain production standards and quality expectations
Metal Racking Duties
- Place metal racks onto hooks on a revolving conveyor system
- Lift materials overhead throughout the shift
- Reach up to overhead hooks repeatedly
- Maintain steady workflow and production efficiency
Additional Responsibilities
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Assist with other production tasks as assigned
Work Environment
- Manufacturing environment with repetitive physical activity
- Standing in one workstation for extended periods
- Fast-paced production setting
- Employees must be comfortable performing repetitive motions throughout the workday
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing throughout the entire shift
- Repetitive bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting
