General Labor Technician

Location: Dayton, OH
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift

We're looking for a motivated General Labor Technician to join our Dayton team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to begin a rewarding career in the transportation and maintenance industry. No prior shop experience is requiredwe're willing to train the right candidate!

What You'll Do

• Perform general facility maintenance, including:
  • Sweeping and keeping shop areas clean
  • Cleaning restrooms and breakrooms
  • Maintaining a safe and organized work environment
• Assist shop mechanics with daily tasks
• Assist with washing and detailing trucks and equipment
• Perform snow plowing during the winter months
• Support the maintenance team with general labor duties as needed

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Forklift experience required
• Ability to drive a manual (stick shift) transmission required
• Experience driving or backing trucks and trailers is a plus
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
