Pacific Coast Producers, one of the nation's top food production companies in the U.S., is seeking to fill General Labor positions with qualified individuals to join its team at its Production Facility in The Dalles, OR. PCP is dedicated to investing in its people and fostering a culture of service.

We have two production facilities located in The Dalles, Oregon, specifically dedicated to processing cherries. The facilities are equipped with advanced sorting, pitting, and processing equipment, enabling us to efficiently process large volumes of cherries while maintaining strict quality standards. Our facilities are an important part of the Pacific Northwest's agricultural industry and play a key role in the production of high-quality cherry products for consumers around the world.

Pay Rate: $16.85 per hour. Weekend and overtime hours required when needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Production Facility in The Dalles, Oregon.

These positions are part of a seniority-based collective bargaining (CBA) unit and required to work on various shifts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide general labor services as instructed by supervisor or management team. • Grades, sorts, or classifies fruit by size, weight, color, or condition. • Cleaning and maintaining work areas. • Labeling and preparing products for shipment. • Follow all plant safety policies and procedures, including Good Manufacturing Policies (GMP's). • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Ability to safely walk, climb stairs, walk on uneven surfaces to arrive at work location. • Ability to communicate with supervisor/management and understand safety notices and signs. • Must be able to work any of the three shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed. • Available to work during the months of July through October. • Reliable and able to maintain excellent attendance.
