Perform general labor duties in industrial, construction, warehouse, manufacturing, landscaping, or outdoor work environments.
Assist with loading and unloading materials, moving equipment, cleaning job sites, and other labor-intensive tasks.
Safely use hand tools and equipment as assigned.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Take direction well and work effectively as part of a team.
Maintain a dependable attendance record and arrive on time.
Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stoop, stand, and work in varying weather conditions as required.
Previous labor or construction experience is a plus but not required for all assignments.
Reliable transportation is preferred.
Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings as required by individual job sites.
