General Labor Warehouse 2nd shift

Job Title: 2nd shift General Labor I- Picking and Packing & General Labor II - Loading and Offloading

SCHEDULE: 2nd SHIFT

• 2nd Shift ONLY
• • Monday – Friday
  • 3 pm - 11:20 pm
  • OVERTIME= after 8th hour + sometimes weekends
•  

PAY RATE: 18.47 -19.00 hour

As a General Labor, you are responsible for moving material within a warehouse while adhering to the DC’s work rules while meeting and exceeding productivity, quality and safety standards. Normal duties may include loading, unloading, palletizing, receiving, locating, picking and packing products along with other warehouse related tasks as assigned. This position reports to a warehouse lead, supervisor, or manager as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following:

• Meeting company productivity and quality standards
• Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
• Maintains clean work area to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Clearing area of empty boxes and trash
• Palletizing of completed orders and pack outs
• Placing completed orders onto the conveyer
• Preparing orders for shipment and making boxes
• Other duties as assigned
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., push and or pull up to 50 lbs. and ability to stand/walk for 8 to 10 hours.

We’re excited about you if you have:

• Preferred six months of warehouse/distribution and use of RF Scanner
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to all levels of Management
• Ability to identify and solve problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to work overtime as needed. Overtime may be prior to and/or after scheduled work hours.
